This was my first menstrual cup ever, and although they say it will last 10 years, I actually had to change it after 5 years because I was constantly getting Candida. Once I started to use a new menstrual cup, the problem was immediately solved! I used to boil the cup at the end of every circle. Nowadays I use the sterilisation tables purchased in LadyCup website. They work much better. This is my favourite menstrual cup because is very comfortable and because the small holes help getting out the cup from my body. They are also big enough to clean them inside with the tip of a toothpick.
